Come back with us to a time before cell phones and computers.  A time when life was simpler and the scenery more beautiful.  The historic Sproul ranch, one of the first Texas Centennial ranches and encompassing roughly 10,000 pristine acres of Davis Mountains beauty will provide you with hours or even days of total enjoyment.  Ride through the Liveoaks, Pinion and Ponderosa Pines; listen to the sounds of the multitudes of birds and watch the variety of wildlife as you travel through a land virtually untouched by time.  You sure don't want to forget your camera!

One Hour:

Perfect for those who've never ridden a horse previously, this ride is gentle on your pocket book and on your seat.  Our primary focus is that your whole group will have an enjoyable experience.

Two Hours:

For those ready for a little more fun horseback, this ride allows enough time to meander along Limpia Creek.  Enjoy the shade from the ancient cottonwoods; and don't be surprised to see several varieties of wildlife such as deer, javelina, and many kinds of birds.

Three Hours:

Ready to see some fantastic sights?  This ride takes you to the top of Painted Tree  Mountain.  We'll take you back into the area of the RM Sproul ranch that borders the Davis Mountains State Park - and we bet you'll be greeted by several different kinds of wildlife.

Half Day with Lunch:

Want a delightful getaway picnic with your friends and family?  Let us take you to the most beautiful places in Texas, and after your heart and soul have been filled with the beauty of the Davis Mountains we'll provide you a hearty lunch atop one of the most fantastic mesas around.  What are you waiting for?

All Day:

Mount up with us in the crisp early-morning air of the Davis Mountains.  A whole day of warm sunshine, sweet fragrances of fresh air and abundant wildlife awaits you.  With 10,000 acres of scenery to explore, we guarantee you an unforgettable experience!

Sunset Ride:

The perfect way to wrap up a day in the fabulous mountains of Far West Texas.  Time of day and length of ride depends on the season and your wishes - the ride can be from 2 to 2 1/2 hours long.

2 Day (1 night):

Pack up and head to the Davis Mountains for a fabulous 2 day ride.  With no restrictive schedules and two whole days to explore over 10,000 acres of the historic R.M. Sproul ranch . . . this is the vacation of a lifetime!  Cowboy-style meals are included, as are accommodations in the form of a rustic hunting cabin nestled at the bottom of Aguja Canyon.  If you prefer, you are welcome to bring a bedroll and sleep under the famed West Texas stars.

3 Day (2 nights):

All the fun of the two day ride, with one more day on top!

4 Day (3 nights):

Four whole days of serene liberation from everyday life.  Without question, this is the vacation of a lifetime!
